Design and location

The design of the complex is the work of an architectural bureau, headed by Arch. V. Nyagolov, which is one of the leading teams in designing residential buildings in Sofia and along the Black sea coast.

The Panorama Complex is located in the Budjaka area near the town of Sozopol. It is spread over 4,000 m2 and borders with the famous Harmanite beach. The complex consists of terraced structures of one apartment on every flight of stairs. The buildings are positioned fan-shaped, facing the sea, so that every apartment has a view of the bay. All apartments have large terraces, where a barbeque spot is envisaged. The apartments in the complex have one or two bedrooms, lounge room with a kitchen box, bathroom, toilet.
The internal space is richly vegetated. Built in the park area between the buildings are a swimming pool for adults and swimming pool for children, day bar. A staircase leads directly to the beach. There is a parking lot in the building's underground floor. The complex will have a small shop for drinks and foodstuffs.

The Panorama Complex shall be managed by a Manager. It will have a 24-hour security service throughout the year. A specialised company will look after the swimming pool and a gardener - after the park space. There will be built installations for cable Internet, TV, air-conditioning, telephone.
